2012
Untapped Innovation
The founders met at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, home to some of the most iconic and trusted global brands, that brought the partners together. Our combined passion for products and problem solving, as well as our knowledge and skills in psychology, science and marketing, led to the start-up of our award-winning independent consultancy, Untapped Innovation.
2020
Innovation Gym
Through our consultancy work, we identified a need for an efficient and effective training course, that would easily fit into people’s busy schedules, be super powerful and capable of delivering immediate impact, both for individuals and organisations. After a thorough research and development process, and the recruitment of a team of associate trainers, who provide a genuine human approach, real expertise and practical case studies, we launched Innovation Gym.
2021
STEM Untapped
Working within Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM), we recognise the lack of accessible role models for teens interested in STEM. That’s why we created STEM Untapped, a non-profit enterprise, designed to help under-represented teens access diverse STEM role models via a podcast series, a digital resource library and meaningful partnerships.
5% of Untapped Innovation and Innovation Gym’s profits are donated to our social enterprise, STEM Untapped.
