Untapped Approach
Innovation Strategy: Working with a multi-functional client team, we led a Vision Workshop to assess the best ideas and highlight the fit with different user needs. We also reviewed the team’s near and longer-term capability, the broader brand goals and the market dynamics.
The Results
We were able to help the team make clear investment choices with a plan to target, sequence and prioritise their ideas, together with a concrete action plan that they could start work on right away.
