How do we find motivating and differentiated territories to direct the innovation pipeline?

The Results:

Untapped conducted in-depth qualitative research from which they developed compelling target consumer insights. These, together with relevant trends, fed into a multi-functional Story workshop to identify multiple untold Story directions translated into concepts and claims for consumer and professional targets. Further qualitative research optimised these concepts, resulting in a pipeline of NPD propositions.
