Untapped worked with a global oral care brand team to apply their story approach to a strategic innovation project. Future stories to guide technology development and near term stories to maximize current product formats were identified. Fuelled by in depth trends analysis and story thinking, the output resulted in 10 story platforms and 30 product concepts.
