Untapped developed an ideal consumer experience model from in-depth research, bringing to life emotional end benefits and translating these into ideal product models with actionable sensory product design attributes. Additionally, 10 conceptual ideas were developed for the client’s short, mid term and longer term innovation pipeline. As a result, the team subsequently developed a new platform technology and several big ideas are under evaluation.
