Suzanne loves to apply creative and analytical thinking to connect the worlds of the consumer and technology, leading to breakthrough product design and communication. A graduate in Natural Sciences with a PhD in Chemistry, Suzanne spent 16 years at Procter & Gamble in R&D, where she was the architect of a Story-based innovation approach that inspired innovative products, claims and concepts for many global brands.
Happiest when considering how to answer tough business questions, Sally relentlessly digs deep into consumer insight and connects this with trend and product insights to deliver a product cue or piece of communication. A graduate in Chemistry with German, prior to Untapped Sally spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble in the R&D and Insight functions working in the UK, Germany, Japan and Dubai.
At Untapped, Rita enjoys building innovation capability for clients, leading innovation workshops and developing actionable product models. She is a Biochemist from the University of Tubingen in Germany. She spent 21 years working for P&G in Product Development and the Corporate Consumer Research Function, where she developed key capability on Consumer Insights and Segmentation.
Deirdre is fascinated by the diversity of Untapped clients, and enjoys working with them to reduce innovation uncertainty, translating complex consumer and technology insights into actionable business recommendations. A Chemistry graduate, she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and guest lectures on innovation at Central Saint Martins. She spent 15 years at P&G in R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing.
